Today, four customers visited our factory for epidemic prevention.

Due to the weather forecast, many schools in Zhengzhou have been closed, and some companies have suspended operations. There was a heavy rain warning today. Despite this, our sales manager arrived at Xinzheng Airport early in the morning to greet the customers. Fortunately, there wasn't much water on the way to the factory, even though the rain was still falling.

The customer was very interested in the horizontal fermentation tank equipment. After arriving at the factory, we first introduced the company's development history to the customer, and then focused on the characteristics and working principles of the horizontal fermentation tank.

Horizontal fermentation tanks are suitable for processing a variety of waste, including manure, carcasses, kitchen waste, domestic sewage, and sludge. As long as the organic waste has a moisture content below 70%, it can be directly placed in the tank without the addition of any auxiliary materials. This equipment is adaptable to various high-humidity and high-altitude cold regions, and its vertical, enclosed tank structure reduces installation footprint. Utilizing the principle of aerobic microbial fermentation, the equipment allows microorganisms to rapidly multiply using the organic matter and residual protein in livestock and poultry manure and carcasses under a defined temperature, humidity, and sufficient oxygen environment, achieving harmless treatment of livestock and poultry waste.
